Custom Perforated Cable Tray
We provide drilling design service to meet customer's demand. The components of custom perforated cable tray adopt the steel plates processed by bending techniques. Custom perforated cable trays are applicable for the laying of computer cables, telecommunication cables, thermocouples cables, and other highly-sensitive control cables.
ToMa provides products with a large variety of materials, including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and fiber reinforced plastics.
At the request of customers, surface treatment, including galvanization, flame proofing and powder coating, is achievable.
The inside available width for cables can be customized.
The available thickness of cable tray plate is as follows:
0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm
Custom perforated cable tray has no bolted joints. Smooth bending part will protect cables from being damaged. Rung spacing is every 150mm and slotted hole spacing is every 50mm. Multiple rungs can be flexibly assembled. Standard length is 3m.
