Hecheng multi-tube falling film evaporator adopts the principle of film scraping evaporation, integrates the advantages of high evaporation capacity and good paste resistance. It helps increase the diameter of the heating tube on the basis of the tube evaporator. The precision polishing of the heating tube can be achieved. The built-in scraper coupled with specially designed transmission system can achieve the film formation of the liquid in the heating pipe at the same time. The evaporation area can be increased by 4-5 times, the energy consumption can be reduced by about 30% when compared with the traditional film scraping evaporation equipment.
