Features of SS-3100 Hanging-type Chip Spreader
1. SS－3100 chip spreader is suitable for spreading aggregates, stone powders, chips, coarse sand, gravels and asphalt in the manner of surface dressing and penetration, so as to construct the prime coat, lower seal coat, chip seal coat and micro-surface.
2. SS－3100 chip spreader can be equipped in various small sized machinery with mechanical-electric-hydraulic integration.
3. It is of small dynamic hydraulic installation, compact structure, easy operation and convenient assembly. After operation, the machine should be dismantled, but the automatic disassembly function will restore soon.
4. The maximum width of SS－3100 chip spreader is 3100mm while the minimum is 200mm.
5. It has several radial gates with open and closed cylinders controlled by electricity. The relative gates can be opened according to construction requirement, so as to adjust the width and location of gravel spreading.
6. The height of a cylinder-control positioning bar should be used to limit the maximum width of each radial gate. As a result, the thickness of chip spreading layer can be adjusted.
