The 0815 synchronous chip spreader/chip sealing distributor is a complicated construction vehicle that consists of multiple systems. This spreader/sealing distributor is equipped with a powerful 73.5 kW auxiliary engine and separate power configuration, allowing it to operate stably and efficiently while being environmentally friendly. It adopts a double tank structure, with an internal lifting tank used to convey stones to the double-screw distributor; additionally, its unique anti-skid gravity roller design allows stones to fall directly due to friction and gravity, aiding with stone spreading uniformity. - Park heating can be activated without starting the primary vehicle, meaning the asphalt can be insulated and heated during driving for increased operational efficiency.
- The tank has a capacity of 15m³, allowing for more efficient single construction. Furthermore, it features an internal lifting tank that can spread up to 5 cubic meters of stones without raising the hopper, thereby facilitating construction in limited conditions such as culverts, bridges, and areas with height restrictions.
- The spiral distributor structure spreading device of the internal lifting structure silo is designed to disperse pre-mixed hot materials and a variety of ordinary stones in a uniform manner. To further ensure accuracy, the main feed gate is managed with a mechanical adjusting device, allowing for precise control over how much it is open.
- The asphalt pipeline utilizes an automatic control valve, allowing for a quick transition from one construction cycle to the next with just the push of a button. Its pipes are enhanced with heat transfer oil and no cleaning is required after the project is completed, as the oil can be retrieved thanks to one-key operation.
- The nozzle is equipped with a material feeding that can be manipulated independently, allowing for an adjustable construction width thus catering to a variety of construction needs.
- The intelligent control system is designed to ensure accurate control of the amount of spraying and the amount of material used, regardless of speed. Automatic and manual control systems are both available, offering double protection. Furthermore, tanks and tail-mounted surveillance cameras enable monitoring of every step of the construction process.
