FsFocus developed this ECE light bulb headlight assembly line by adding a unique headlight bulb specification data inspection machine based on an assembly line for H1, H4, H7, H8, H9, H11, H16, 9005 and 9006 halogen bulbs. This ensures all headlights produced conform to industry standards. Shown below is a basic configuration of the ECE light bulb headlight assembly line, equipped with a headlight bulb specification data inspection machine.

The headlamp assembly line for H1 halogen bulbs is equipped with a headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, a laser marker, and an inspection bench. After bulb assembly is complete, the headlight bulb specification data inspection machine will inspect the focus size of the headlight, and measure the cold resistance, power, and other factors to ensure each headlight manufactured meets ECE standards.

The H4 headlight assembly line is equipped with an automotive light bulb head coating machine, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, and more. Once the full H4 headlight has been assembled, the headlight bulb specification data inspection machine operates a full size and 22 parameter measurement of the headlight to ensure each finished light meets ECE standards. We will also add a cold resistance tester to further ensure the headlight’s top notch performance.

The H7 headlight assembly system is equipped with an automotive light bulb head coating machine, headlight bulb specification data inspecting machine, and other equipment. After bulb head coating, the parameters of the H1, H2, H3, E, F, and G headlights are tested to ensure each headlight meets ECE standards. We also measure the cold resistance and headlight power.

Note: The headlight bulb focus adjustment machine and headlight bulb holder installation machine can be combined into a headlight bulb alignment machine.

The 9005/9006 headlight assembly line is also equipped with an automotive light bulb head coating machine, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, and other equipment. After bulb head coating, the parameters of the H1, H2, E, F, and G of each headlight are measured to ensure head headlight conforms to ECE standards.

The H8/H9/H11/H16 headlight production system is equipped with an automotive light bulb head coating machine, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine and other equipment in order to measure the parameters of the h1, h2, h3, e, f and g on each headlight to ensure they conform to ECE standards. In addition, we also test the cold resistance and power of each headlight.
