Headlight Assembly Line for 9005/9006 Halogen Bulb
The headlight assembly line for 9005/9006 halogenbulbs is specially designed to assemble the halogen capsule bulb, metal cap, prefocus ring, bulb holder and o ring into the 9005 and 9006 halogen bulbs. This assembly line contains the headlight bulb adjustment machine, 9005/ 9006 halogen bulb mounting line, headlight bulb specification data inspection machine, and more. To ensure convenient maintenance, we can separate the headlight bulb adjustment machine into two machines for focus adjustment and capping, respectively. Before focus adjustment, this assembly line carries out capping, and combines with the prefocus ring and bulb holder installation. The laser beam welder is used to weld metal caps and prefocus rings together, then the prefocus ring to the bulb holder.

The automotive light bulb head coating machine for 9005/9006 halogen bulbs is equipped with a gluing process. This helps to ensure there is no need to reglue when mounting the end cap. We can also equip this machine with an electric baking or fire baking coating machine according to customer requirements. Electric baked coatings are exceptionally durable, while fire baking coating saves more energy.
