Narrow fabric looms are a type of weaving machinery essential in textile manufacturing, designed to handle both elastic and non-elastic materials for a variety of fabric weights. Our looms come in widths of 53cm (KTNFS53) and 80cm (KTNFS80), each designed to satisfy a variety of textile production requirements. Our high-density models, such as the 1152, have the capability to simultaneously weave up to four tapes, with reed widths reaching up to 175mm. The KTNFS53 model is available in configurations of 2/175 and 2/130, and the KTNFS80 model is available in options of 4/130 and 4/84.
This series of Jacquard looms are widely used for producing items such as high-waist fitness leggings, skirts, pants, waistbands, sports underwear, and wide elastic bands for yoga wear. Jacquard Head Designed for Simplified Operations
- Positioned at the center of the loom, the jacquard head makes loading and unloading easy
- The KTNFS53 model initially supports two tapes but can be adjusted to manage four, reducing the needle count from 1152 to 576. It also offers a 4/72 configuration
- With 1152 hooks and 12 heald frames, this loom is ideal for weaving complex patterns in ultra-wide elastic fabrics
Staubli M5 Jacquard Module: Efficient and Durable

- This module uses an electromagnetic needle selection system powered by a solenoid valve for quick and precise needle selection, enhancing the quality of the textiles
