Automatic Marshall electric compactor is designed to prepare cylindrical specimens of asphalt mixture for a variety of compressive strength tests such as Marshall Stability and indirect tensile strength tests ('Brazil' or splitting tests). The sizes of cylindrical specimens are available in Φ101.6mm×63.5mm and Φ152.4mm×95.3mm.

TBT-XY170 Gyrator Compactor is used to simulate and reproduce real compact conditions as on-site paving work to determine the compaction performance of asphalt. The acquired results can be employed in the investigation of volumetric and mechanical characteristics of the asphalt mixture. Roller compaction is the laboratory method that most closely simulates on-site compaction.
