Spunbonded nonwoven fabric is a new generation of environmental protection material, which is moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, lightweight, flame retardant, easy to decompose, non-toxic and no-irritating, rich color, low price, recyclable, etc. Polypropylene (PP material) granule is used as raw material and produced by high temperature melting, spinning, web forming and hot pressure rolling.

Our spunbond nonwovens are made from molten polymers. The polymers are first spun into endless filaments, then cooled and air stretched. The filament will then be bonded through either thermal, chemical or mechanical methods, turning them into spunbond nonwovens.
