Features

The lead-free BGA rework station is designed with a touch screen, making it stylish and convenient to use.
Features 3 working channels (channel 1, channel 2 and channel 3). The parameters such as working temperature and air flow of each channel can be set according to the actual application. All parameters can be stored for future use.
Fahrenheit/Celsius display can be easily switched and digital temperature calibration ensures constant temperature when using the soldering station.
Designed with a closed loop sensor, the BGA rework station realizes no-touch temperature control by microcomputer, allowing for convenient and precise temperature adjustment.
A brushless vortex blower is adopted, offering large airflow.
The automatic cold air function extends the service life of the heating element and the handle.
