SOP Series Oil Pump

The SOP series oil pump is an efficient product available in working with the 12V/24V direct current power supply. It is able to convey various engine oils and diesel, but not the gasoline, alcohol and other oil with low ignition point. Varying in different power like 60w, 80w and 150w, the product is classified into three types and it is suitable for small filling station and automated mechanical fuel filling equipment.
SOP-A Oil Pump
Warning
The SOP-A oil pump is unavailable for transporting the gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol and other fuels that ignite at low temperature.
Operating Conditions
1.Prior to use, users have to ensure the working voltage of the product marked on the identification plate is consistent with the voltage of power supply.
2. In the first operation, the pump head and the oil inlet tube are kept in vacuum status. Users can get the product filled with liquid, which will be pumped through the bolt holes or inlet tube.
3. The inlet tube and connectors of the oil pump should be inspected on the tightness to ensure the excellent suction performance.
4. Users can get the bottom valve mounted with the filter attached in the package to keep the liquid clean.

SOP-B Oil Pump

The SOP-B oil pump is limited to deliver the gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol and other fuels that ignite at low temperature.
Operating Conditions
1.Before use, the voltage of the product shown on the identification plate should be keep correspondence to the voltage of power supply, as well as the poles " " and "-".
2. For the first time, the product is ensures with vacuum pump head and oil inlet tube. Then users fill it with liquid that will be pumped through the bolt holes or inlet tube.
3. Users need to make sure the inlet tube and connectors are well sealed so as to perform with excellent suction.
4. In the package, the specialized filter is attached for mounting on the bottom valve of the oil pump to make the liquid clean.

SOP-C Oil Pump

The SOP-C oil pump is not applicable for transporting the gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol and other fuels that ignite at low temperature.
Operating Conditions
