Leather Processing Machine

The hydraulic leather fleshing machine is designed and manufactured based on abundant practical experience and up-to-date technology from Italy. The fleshing machine features smooth and stable running, reliable performance and simple operation, which is especially suitable for the fleshing process of whole fur.

Wet-blue leather sorter is used for separately stacking leather of various grades and classifications.

This machine is suitable for the sammying and spreading of wet-blue leather (half-processed leather), such as pigskin, cattle skin and sheepskin. After being processed by the machine, moisture content in leather is up to about 50%, which can satisfy the needs of precise splitting and shaving.

This through-feed sammying machine has two stretching rollers and five squeeze rollers, ensuring whole piece stretching and squeezing. The machine features high leather yield, fast speed and low sammying pressure, etc., which is mainly for bigger and thicker wet-blue cattle hides.

Equipped with special stretching structure to reduce crease and got higher yield of leather.

Vacuum system mainly consists of oil ring vacuum pump and roots vacuum booster, which can achieve 10 mbar absolute pressure. Under higher vacuum, vapor in the leather can be largely pumped out in a shorter time, greatly improving the productivity.
