Features of Weighing Bale Opener:

With photoelectric control, the hopper feeder is able to control the on-off operation of related components by internal system, as well as reduce energy cost and maximize the benefits under the condition of continuous feeding material.
The spiked apron adopts latest aluminum alloy and stainless steel pin, in order to avoid the pin dropping of wooden apron belt.
The conveyor belt adopts high quality black PVC belt which is highly flexible, wear-resistant and achieves 80% longer service life than other PVC belt.
The weighing hopper adopts sensitive G-Sensor which is able to weigh with error within 3%.
This weighing bale opener adopts three rollers for opening fiber which are able to open the whole bag of fiber evenly and increase the precision of weighing.
