Established in 1965, Huatai has been producing various rubber and plastic injection molding equipment for near 50 years. Our XLB-V series compression molding machine is applied in producing rubber seals from natural rubber, synthetic rubber and silicone rubber. Now we have got CE certificate for it and exported the compression molding press to Russia, Ukraine, Japan, and India.
Main Features
1. The molding machine can be equipped with upper and lower clapboards to completely discharge the finished products out. The overturn angle of upper mold is up to 45°.
2. Our compression molding devices are available in both single station and double station types.
3. For the computer control system, we provide systems from Siemens, Techmation, and Mitsubishi for clients to choose. With an intelligent and convenient control system, the production efficiency is largely improved.
4. Language selection: English, Chinese, Japanese
5. All of the rubber compression molding presses are packed by processional packaging companies with wooden boxes to ensure their intactness.
