This low-pressure metering machine is suitable for rigid foams, soft foams and integral skin foams. With an excellent performance and high metering effectiveness, this PU foaming machine is used in the production of steering wheels, car seat cushions, filling materials, plates, toys, fitness equipment and heat insulation products.
Features
- Mixhead: The synchronized valve injection and output prevent the passages from becoming clogged.
- Metering pump: This metering machine uses a high precision metering pump, a speed-controlled motor drive, and a wide range of mix ratios to ensure a smooth operation and effective performance.
- Control system: This metering machine uses microcomputer control with 999 control points during injection. It is also equipped with a temperature, pressure, rotating speed and cleaning effect controlling system.
- Optional cleaning action with all the detergent properties of water: This cleaning action is environmentally friendly and effectively removes all particles.
- Jacketed Barrel made using SUS304 stainless steel.
