Low Pressure Filters
Huilong low pressure filters are widely used in low pressure hydraulic systems. Different superior materials are available to make the filter to guarantee a maximum efficiency of solid contaminants removal from fluid. The differential pressure indicator and bypass valve are optional upon request.
LYPD series low pressure duplex filter achieves a maximum flow rate of 13000L/min, suitable for applications in large hydraulic stations. The reversing ball valve is reliable and leakproof, allowing to change the filter element without filter stop. High-quality filtering materials are used to deliver high filtration rating, high dirt holding capacity, low resistance to flow (i.e. low pressure drop), high filtration efficiency and high filtration ratio (β≥1000).
The clogging indicator actuates and outputs electrical a warning signal when the clogging of the filter element causes an increase in pressure drop, reminding you to replace the filter element. If the filter element hasn’t been replaced, once the differential pressure reaches the opening pressure of the bypass valve, it will open and allow the unfiltered fluid to flow through to the downstream system.
