Racked automatic block production line is a semi-closed loop production line composed of automatic batching machine, metering equipment, mixer, conveyor, rack lifter, rack lowerator, palletizer, pallet bin, pitch conveyor, forklift and block making machine.
In the production process, machine cooperates with forklift, and kiln rack can be transferred flexibly and conveniently with the cooperation of forklift. Curing kiln is low cost equipment, only basic assembly needs to be built, and there is no need to set up supporting beam hangers.
