CF410High Temperature Cement Dispersant

The CF410 high temperature cement dispersantincludes CF410S power and CF410L liquid. The CF410S high temperature cementdispersant mainly consists of 98% sulfonatedacetone-formaldehyde condensation polymer. This tawny powder achieves a bulkdensity of 0.70±0.10 g/cm3 and also has a relative density of 11.20±0.05, withwater equal to 1.  The 5% aqueous solution of our CF410S hightemperature cement dispersant achieves a pH value of 9.0-11.0. This powderdispersant used in cement slurry is completely dissolved in water, with a smellof slightly pungent odor. In addition, the CF410L high temperature cementdispersant is made of 30% sulfonatedacetone-formaldehyde condensation polymer and 70% water.  This dark red liquid is slightly pungent andcompletely soluble in water. It comes with a density of 1.20±0.05g/cm3 and afreezing point of -5℃or lower. Withthe pH value ranging from 11.0 to 12.0, the high temperature cement dispersantin the form of liquid presents to be alkaline.

Our high temperature cement dispersant is applicable in a wide temperaturerange and is resistant to high temperature. When the bottom hole circulatingtemperature is lower than 356℉or 180℃, the cement dispersant cangreatly reduce the consistency of cement slurry, resulting in improved flowrate and rheologicalbehavior. However,the slurry’s rheologicalproperties will be obviouslydecreased when the dispersant is applied in brine or well cement whose actual chemical components do notcomply with API requirements. The dosage of the high temperature cementdispersant is calculated by weight of cement (BWOC). The CF410L hightemperature cement dispersant generally adopts a dosage of 0.8-4.0% and itsrecommended amount 1.5%. While the CF410S high temperature cement dispersantgenerally comes with 0.2-2.0% dosage and 0.5% recommended dosage. Our CF410Scement dispersant is suitable for dry mixed and water mixed purposes.
