Each lane operates with an independent bus servo motor controlling the gear pump for precise filling. The machine includes a double-layer insulated hopper with dual-direction mixing and automatic refilling functionality.
Achieving production speeds of 20–80 cuts per minute, the machine is built for efficiency. All contact parts can be quickly disassembled and reassembled for effortless maintenance. It comes with a standard cleaning system and is compatible with CIP cleaning systems. The 45° vertical sealing device ensures superior sealing quality and opens from the center for easy maintenance.
