Diamond calibrating rollers are most often installed on calibrating machines to perform rigid milling to the surface of manmade quartz to remove surface defects and reduce future polish consumption. This calibrating roller has spiral lined segments to prevent thermal transmission between the rollers and ensure the blade cools quickly.
