Features of Embedding Station
1. Automatic process control makes it easier to preset the time to start and shut down the embedding station for any coming days.
2. Integrated workshop table features a unique design that allows heated paraffin to flow back into the storage tank, which minimizes waste and improves paraffin-use efficiency.
3. LCD touch screen makes for easy, clear display of operating status.
4. Double over-heating protection on the embedding station ensures safety and reliability in the paraffin tank. Two-stage filter design prevents paraffin from blocking the tank.
5. A 6.3L paraffin tank is used to store paraffin.
6. Ultra-large, 6.25L storage tank accommodates at least 222 tissue cassettes.
7. A small, separate cold plate, 65mm by 65mm in size, uses a thermoelectric cooler for effective cooling.
8. Fitted also on the work table is a wax trimmer.
9. Flexible, manually operated job button and foot switch are available for options.
10. An adjustment button is also available for fine adjustment of paraffin flow. Upon your request, we can add a magnifier to the embedding station.
11. Unique lighting system is set above the embedding center, using LED panels to provide 5 levels of illumination. Timing for illumination can be freely set.
12. There are 5 temperature control systems that separately control the temperature in the paraffin tank, paraffin dispensing nozzle, work table, storage tank, and thermal tank.
