The large paper container/dining bowl forming machine is mainly applied to manufacture paper bowls with large capacity for hot or cold drinks and instant noodles. The production speed is up to 50~55pcs/min and the bowl capacity is 28~85oz(812~2465ml).

1. Integral type mould base frame
Generally speaking, many machines adopt non-integral mould base frame, which often results in inadequate precision. Our paper forming machine is designed with integral base frame structure with higher precision and longer service life.
2. Manipulator cup transferring mechanism
We improve traditional free-fall of cup type into three clear steps of cup receiving, overturning and cup lifting, which can largely increase production efficiency and stability of manufacturing process.
3. Gear transmission
The high speed paper cup forming machine adopts gear transmission and is not easy for dislocation, which can lead to more stable continuous production.
4. Open-type indexing box
We adopt open-type indexing box with higher precision and speed and it is also convenient for maintenance.
5. Paper cup bottom heating
Bottom heating before cup curling is an essential procedure. In order to ensure more stable heating process, we adopt Switzerland Leister heater.
6. Oil lubricating system
Disposable paper cup forming machine is controlled by program and can realize timing and quantitative lubricating oil injection ensuring good lubrication conditions in the whole working process.
7. Integral base frame
The paper forming machine is designed with integral frame structure, which is easy for operation and convenient for maintenance.
