The integrated DTH drilling rig offers the experience of automation and high drilling efficiency. With a FOSP-certified cabin, an automatic rod changer and heavy-duty undercarriage with wide tracks, the rig excels in maneuverability, safety and operator’s experience. The hydraulic dust collector that meets the environmental protection regulations offers a green mining solution.

Applications
The integrated drilling rig is mainly applied for hydro-power engineering, open pit mining, road construction and blasting operation of national defense engineering.

  • Operation system
    The dashboard clearly displays the operational parameters, prompts and warning in real time for convenient monitoring and precise hole drilling.
    Since the operation system is on both sides of the driver's seat, the operational space is spacious.
  • Cabin
    The FOPS-certified enclosed cabin is equipped with an air conditioner, which meets the labor protection standards of the US and Europe.
    A large safety window offers a wide view which enables operators to better control the rig.
    With a ground clearance of more than 400 mm, it can travel through rough terrains without colliding with the ground.
  • Rotation unit
    Double cycloid motors deliver a high torque output and reduce the possibility of jamming. Rotation rate can be flexibly adjusted based on different formations.
    Imported rotary seals ensure reliable sealing performance and long service life.
  • Air compressor
    Atlas Copco two-stage air compressor with strong air output is reliable and powerful. It is applicable to rock formations of various hardness and offers high penetration rate with ease.
  • Engine
    High-power turbocharged direct injection engine with water cooling function delivers reliable performance and is energy-saving.
    The three-stage air filter system ensures intake of clean air and greatly reduces the engine failure rate.
  • Feeding system
    Stainless steel-made and wear-resistant cover is adopted to protect the feeding beam and drill strings.
    Imported rotary seals ensure reliable sealing performance and long service life.
  • Automatic rod changer
    It is simple to operate the automatic rod changer to control rod storage, rod loading, unloading and movement of machine clamp with one joystick.
    Adopting a clamping design, the changer can easily unload the rod and increase work efficiency.
  • Dust collecting system
    The hydraulic dust collector with a sliding cover that collects dust delivers stable and efficient performance, which extends the rig’s service life and ensures a clean working environment.
