JK830-2 Integrated Hydraulic DTH Drilling Rig

JK830 integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rig is designed to drill large bore holes (138-235 mm). It features automation, high work efficiency, reliability and simple operation.

The built-in Atlas Copco air compressor ensures intake of clean air. Equipped with FOPS-certified cabin, the rig offers comfortable driving experience. The automatic rod changer increases work efficiency while the heavy-duty undercarriage with wide tracks ensures both maneuverability and safety. The hydraulic dust collecting system meets the environmental protection regulations and provides a reliable solution to realize the modern green mining. The rig enables all the operations and control over the rig with a single control panel.

Designed to enable safer, more efficient, and lower cost operations while reducing downtime, the system can be configured with any number of HMIs.

The JK830 interfaces with key rig components using remote I/O mounted on the drawworks, top drive, mud pump and drill floor. All controls are enabled from the cabin through a combination of touchscreen, discrete operator and simple joystick controls.

Applications
The integrated drilling rig is mainly applied for hydro-power engineering, open pit mining, road construction and blasting operation of national defense engineering.

Optional
Optional stick-slip mitigation device: used to reduce stick-slip vibration during rotary drilling. The device offers a number of advantages that allow customers to drill more efficiently for a long period of time.

    The FOPS-certified enclosed cabin is equipped with an air conditioner, which meets the labor protection standards of the US and Europe.
    The dashboard clearly displays the operational parameters, prompts and warning in real time for convenient monitoring and precise hole drilling.
  • Rotation unit system
    The rotation unit is equipped with a floating joint which can reduce vibration as well as protect rod threads when loading and unloading drill rods. It's easy to adjust and has a long service life.
  • Automatic rod changer
    It is simple to operate the automatic rod changer to control rod storage, rod loading, unloading and movement of machine clamp.
    Adopting a clamping design, the changer can easily unload the rod and increase work efficiency.
    With one button, the system can automatically change rods.
  • Undercarriage
    The undercarriage adopts a robust design of four wheels and one track. Widened tracks enable smooth travelling and strong climbing capability to support heavy-duty drilling jobs.
