This filtration machine from Weiying is a solid-liquid separation equipment with functions of filtration, cake washing and discharge. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Features

The body of this 2-in-1 filtration machine is designed and manufactured on the basis of pressure vessel;
The entire process is implemented in a hermetic closed vessel;
The vacuum in the bottom section of the filter is applied to conduct filtration process, and the positive pressure (below 0.1MPa) can be added into the filter vessel to improve filtration efficiency;
After filtering, S-shaped blade is used for processing high-density dry filter cake thereby loosening the filter cake;
When it comes to cake washing, S-shaped blade is used as agitator to thoroughly mix the cake with clean washing liquid;
Since the structure of bottom plate and vessel is non-detachable, the supporting mesh is placed on the bottom plate to allow the liquid to flow, as well as facilitate the installation of filter cloth;
The 2-in-1 filtration machine allows the use of filter cloth, nonwoven fabric or sintered mesh as filter media;
Automatic discharge is carried out by means of S-shaped blade to push the material from the side discharge port;
The mixing in the forward and reverse directions is driven by the motor reducer, which actuates the rotation of main shaft and controls the hydraulic valve to adjust the speed of vertical movement;
