Rapid cooling unit consists of collecting belt, 2# broadwise conveyor and two stacking platforms with positioning and aligning devices.
Boards outputted from dryer should be let out in order, the order is controlled by computer program.
Cooling roller path should travel faster than dryer, to form a gap between broads.
Procedure running speed and the gap between the boards are monitored and automatically adjusted by controlling system.
Traveling speed turns to low when letting-out panels leave high-speed and cooling sections.
Boards from layers are placed on belt conveyor in order, sent to stacking platform by roller path and conveyor.
