Located at the top of the cooling tower is the fan deck that houses the motor (or motor + gear unit) that works in conjunction with the fan and fan assembly. The motor is the most important component of the cooling tower as it drives all other parts to effectively remove heat from the facilities. The low-speed totally enclosed motor is designed with super wide fan blades. The fan features aluminum blades attached to a steel hub that delivers minimal wind resistance, large air volume, high-efficiency, and reliable performance. Its protection level is IP55, making it suitable for outdoor use.
