Glass Stacking Machine
Automatic glass stackers used in float glass production line for handling glass sheets
The horizontal glass stacker uses a horizontal transfer mechanism to grip glass sheets from the upper surface and stack them in a flat position. It is available in two types: the horizontal insertion stacker and the horizontal shuttle glass stacker, that are mainly used in float glass production lines, providing reliable and efficient stacking operations.
- Power: 43.7kW
- Working pressure: 0.6MPa
- Working accuracy: ±0.3mm
- Max. stacking speed: 12s/pc
- Glass sheet size (W×L): (3000-3660)×(2134-6000)mm
- Glass sheet thickness: 3-19mm
- Max. loading capacity: 850kg
Wide handling range
The stacker uses multiple suction cups with extendable crossbars and support structures, allowing it to handle glass sheets of different sizes. This adaptability ensures smooth operation across diverse production requirements.
Faster pickup cycle
Equipped with a high-performance PLC control system and advanced algorithms, the stacker quickly processes sensor signals and motion commands. This greatly improves pickup speed and shortens cycle time.
High stacking precision
The stacking system combines precision gear-and-rack drives, high-performance servo motors, and advanced detection sensors. Together with optimized control algorithms, they deliver highly accurate positioning and stacking results.
Versatility and flexibility
Designed to adapt to evolving industry needs, the stacker goes beyond conventional robotic arms. Configurations can be tailored to different processes, accommodating varied sheet sizes and specialized requirements for stacking and loading/unloading operations.
