This edge banding machine with PUR unit is a fully automatic straight line edge banding machine suitable for edging of various door panels, such as cabinet doors and bathroom furniture. The feed speed of machine reaches 18-22m/min. Equipped with gluing unit, end cutting unit, rough trimming unit, fine trimming unit, corner rounding, scraper unit and buffing unit, the automatic edgebander can meet your basic needs for wood panel edge banding. It also has an independently operated control panel to ensure easy operation.
The automatic edge banding machine is widely used for processing MDF, blockboard, solid wood board, particle board, polymer door panel, plywood, etc. to create smooth and precise edge finishing.
