Efficient Fast Water Settler
Application
The efficient fast water settler is mainly used for sand-water separation of high concentration sandy water of sewage plants, acid-alkali wastewater of power plant, boiler wastewater and feed water treatment of municipal government, and the device can efficiently remove high concentration suspended solids and organics within the water. The removal rate of suspended solids of the efficient fast water settler is over 95%, the sand expelling rate is about 2% to 4%, and the outflow water can be recycled.
The water inflow and outflow type of efficient fast water settler is loaded at the top and leaves at top, the bottom of the efficient fast water settler has sand expelling recycle and sludge recycle, and the sand bucket of the device bottom has many sand expelling holes. The raw water has the hybrid reaction after dosing, and the water flows through the stable flow trough and flows along the two sides of the pond to the bottom cone. The treatment water flows through the injecting material part, and the special design injecting material is good to the sand -water separation. The water outflow type adapts the collecting water in the top, leads the water flow velocity is uniform, decreases the turbulence and realizes the treatment effect.
Feature of the efficient fast water settler
(1) The efficient fast water settler does not need a mechanical stir, with good hydraulic condition and has the high efficiency of coagulating sedimentation and clarification to the high turbidity water.
(2) The device decreases the particle sedimentation distance, thus decreases the sedimentation time.
