This eco-friendly, lead-free solder paste is designed to perform reliably under high temperatures. Made with a specialized Sn97Cu3 alloy and a halogen-free composition, it offers superior printability and easy release from molds, making it ideal for large-scale metal soldering and coating applications, including LED production lines.
Features- Suitable for fine or large-area dispensing/printing, with excellent mold release properties
- Consistent performance during continuous operations without drying out
- Halogen-free with transparent, non-carbonized residue
- High reliability, ensuring no formation of small solder beads around the chip
- For optimal shelf life, store unopened paste between 2°C and 10°C to avoid moisture contamination. Excessive heat can reduce its lifespan, while freezing temperatures might alter its composition. Under proper conditions, it remains effective for up to 6 months
- Once opened, use the paste within 24 hours for best results. If not fully consumed, it can be refrigerated and reused within the next 24 hours if sealed properly
- Unused paste from the stencil can be recovered and reused within 12 hours, provided it remains uncontaminated. If compromised, it's best to discard
