Description
The HDJ series portable autoclave features an immersion electrical heating tube and protection device against water cut off and overheating. When the pressure is too high, the temperature is too high, or the water is cut off, the autoclave will automatically sound an alarm and shut off.
Application
The HDJ series portable autoclave uses pressure saturated steam to rapidly and efficiently sterilize objects. It is useful in hospitals, health centers, factories, scientific research centers, and other departments for thorough sterilization. This autoclave can sterilize medical instruments, dressings, glass ware, solutions, and culture mediums. It can also help supply clean drinking water for consumption and other applications.
Features of HDJ portable autoclave
- This portable autoclave is equipped with a timer, so the power supply will be automatically cut off when it reaches the set sterilizing time. A buzzer rings to tell that the sterilization is finished.
- This sterilizer features a safety valve, steam release valve and pressure gauge. When the steam pressure is greater than 0.165MPa, the safety valve will automatically release excessive pressure steam to guarantee the safety.
- There are MPa and temperature reading on the pressure gauge scale, making it convenient to read different data.
- The portable autoclave equips with pressurized steam regulator. When the autoclave reaches the set pressurized steam, it will automatically operate constant temperature and pressure control.
- The autoclave is made of stainless steel material, having advantages of resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion, as well as easy maintenance, etc. Its main mechanical property is more than three times higher than the aluminum alloy so as to improve its safety performance and life span.
