Description
The HDD series portable autoclave comes equipped with an easy to use temperature selection system. When the autoclave reaches the set temperature, it will automatically operate at a constant temperature and pressure control.
Application
The HDD series portable autoclave uses pressure saturated steam to rapidly and efficiently sterilize objects. It is useful in hospitals, health centers, factories, scientific research centers, and other departments for thorough sterilization. This autoclave can sterilize medical instruments, dressings, glass ware, solutions, and culture mediums. It can also help supply clean drinking water for consumption and other applications.
Features of HDD series portable autoclave
- Adopting an immersion electrical heating tube for heating, automatic pressure control and protection device for water cut-off and overheat, this autoclave can automatically alarm when it detects over-pressure, over-temperature, or water cutoff.
- With timing selection, when the object reaches the sterilizing time, the power supply will automatically cut off. Meanwhile, the bell alarms to indicate that the sterilization process is finished.
- The autoclave are all made from stainless steel materials, delivering resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion, easy maintenance, etc. And its main mechanical performance is over three times higher than the aluminum alloy. So the safety performance and service life of this autoclave are optimized.
- Equipped with a safety valve, steam release valve and pressure gauge, when the steam pressure exceeds 0.165MPa, the safety valve will automatically discharge steam of excessive pressure to improve the safety.
- The MPa and temperature readings are provided on the pressure gauge calibration to be convenient for reading different data.
