The A400TC triplex combi laminator adopts a coaxial switching design for gravure and flexo coating. All coating units are fixed rather than trolley-mounted, helping optimize the machine layout and shorten changeover time.

The machine also features a newly designed minimal-volume adhesive tray that reduces adhesive holding volume, circulation volume, and residual adhesive volume. Compared with conventional large-capacity adhesive trays, this design helps reduce solvent consumption and solvent evaporation while maintaining the required wetting and coating performance. It also helps keep adhesive viscosity more stable during production, supporting more accurate coating control.
Designed for flexible packaging lamination, the A400TC series supports solventless lamination, dry lamination, and combined solventless dry lamination processes. It also supports multiple operating modes and real-time online energy consumption and carbon emission measurement, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging substrates.

Real-Time Energy & Carbon Measurement System (EC2.0)
This system dynamically collects energy consumption data from each machine unit, calculates energy use and carbon emissions, and automatically generates energy and carbon reports. It helps manufacturers improve green production management and track carbon footprint data.
Coaxial Switching Design Between Gravure and Flexo Coating
This switching unit is designed for fast conversion between gravure coating and flexo coating, with changeover completed in approximately 30 minutes.
Minimal-Volume Adhesive Tray
Based on adhesive viscosity characteristics, this design requires only 5–8 kg of adhesive for each adhesive changeover. It reduces the time adhesive remains in the tray and helps control real-time coating viscosity more precisely.
Anti-Drying Adhesive Protection
During production stops, solvent evaporation can affect adhesive and roller conditions. This device helps maintain lubrication on the coating roller during downtime, supporting more stable restart conditions.
Integrated High-Efficiency Drying System
With an oven length of only 6 m, the system supports direct gravure coating at speeds up to 300 m/min while keeping solvent residue below 3 mg. This supports both production efficiency and lower residual solvent levels.
Micro-Environment Air Cleaning System (Optional)
This optional system collects exhaust gas and controls air quality around the solvent-based coating area. It helps address unorganized emissions in the coating zone and improves the operating environment for production staff.
