Triplex Combi Laminator A400CT
The A400CT triplex combi laminator is designed for flexible packaging applications that require solventless lamination, dry lamination, or a combination of both processes on one machine. It supports four production modes with quick switching: solventless solventless triplex lamination, solventless dry triplex lamination, solventless duplex lamination, and solvent-based or water-based adhesive dry duplex lamination.

The machine is equipped with one fixed solventless coating unit and one interchangeable coating trolley. Depending on production requirements, the trolley can be configured with a gravure coating unit, flexo coating unit, solventless coating unit, cold-seal adhesive coating unit, or other functional coating modules. With Level 3 digital control capabilities, the A400CT provides flexible multi-process lamination while maintaining stable coating accuracy and production efficiency.

This triplex combi laminator is suitable for:

It is designed for laminating a wide range of flexible packaging substrates, including special materials such as VMPET, aluminum foil, and MDOPE.
Integrates solventless lamination and dry lamination on a single triplex laminator, enabling flexible switching between production modes. The interchangeable trolley design makes process changeover faster and more convenient.
Utilize a digital semi-flexo coating system to improve coating accuracy, process flexibility, and dry lamination speed.
Adopts an ultra-short oven and tandem drying layout to improve dry lamination speed and energy efficiency while reducing solvent consumption. Through its compact structure and integrated process design, solvent-based and water-based adhesive lamination can reach speeds of up to 300 m/min.
The machine also supports online energy consumption and carbon emission measurement, providing real-time data for carbon footprint calculation and production energy management.
