Tungsten Carbide Wire Guide Nozzle
Description
The Tungsten carbide wire guide nozzle is precisely processed from ultrafine particle tungsten carbide. The hardness is up to above HRA90, and the bending strength is more than 2300N/mm. QIANHE uses special equipment for precision abrasive machining and precision grinding treatment of inner holes to make the roughness reach up to Ra0.1, and the roughness of R at both ends are up to Ra0.025. The curvature radiuses of the inlet and outlet two ends are scientifically designed to ensure that the wires pass smoothly and naturally. There is no step inside the hole of the wire guide nozzle, thus improving the phenomenon of easy bending and blocking.
Application
The tungsten carbide wire guide nozzle is mainly used on full-automatic winding machines for high-speed winding of fine coils and superfine enameled wires.
