Ceramic Eyelet Wire Guide
Application
The coil winding machine ceramic eyelet is a frequently used as a wire guide in a variety of winding machinery and textile machinery.
Features
(1) When the enameled wire moves through the surface of the ceramic eyelet inside the coil winding machine, it requires a relatively small friction force, allowing the wire passage to be smoother. Because of that, we carry out ultra-fine polishing on the ceramic eyelet, with a polishing accuracy of up to Ra 0.2, thus significantly reducing the risk of damage to the enameled wire.
(2) As a wire guiding component, the ceramic will eventually become worn through the friction with the enameled wire. In order to improve the service life, we use AL2O3 as the material, with a purity of 99%, a density of 3.85g/cm2, and a hardness of more than HRC88, thus improving the wear resistance.
