This dot line sewing quilting machine utilizes ultrasound technology to complete no-needle, no-thread operations. It can carry out bonding for laminations of chemical fiber fabrics, non-woven fabrics, gush glue cotton, and artificial leather.

The equipment structure is stable and solid, with high stability during high speed operation, effectively improving the durability as well as the service life.
The quilting speed is controlled by converter motor and can be adjusted at random. The quilting spacing of dotted lines can be arbitrarily adjusted, with a minimum of 10 cm.
On both sides of the discharging material are equipped with ultrasonic side cutting device to cut off excess fabric on both sides.
The rewinding device can be configured with twin-roller or air shaft.
