Working principle
The fogging system works to maintain a level of humidity within poultry houses. Water enters the high pressure nozzle after being purified by a filter and is then sprayed into a fine mist with 25-30μm granules. This fine mist effectively absorbs heat and accelerates air flow. Sometimes house temperatures can reach over 40°C and this system can lower temperatures by 3-8 degrees within minutes.
Installation Layout
The water source of the fogging cooler is filtered through multiple honeycomb filters. We recommend three foggers for a standard house in order for the spray to completely fill the area. The components of thepoultry misting system are made using high pressure rated PE pipe and other anti-corrosive materials.
