Drag Bit
Drag bit is usually driven by hydraulic-pressure drill, suitable for drilling and cutting soft rocks and soil. During the process, by-produced rock pieces and soil is taken away by water or foamed mud.
Thanks to its sharp bit, drag bit performs drilling and cutting works at a high speed, its applications include water well drilling in geological formations, drilling works in soft geothermal well drilling and geological prospecting, etc. Drag bit can be also applied in grouting processes.
