Maintenance of Concrete Pipe Form
1. Regular check and maintenance must be carried out. After long-time usage, the water pipe mold might undergo crack, damage, deformation, joint falling off and more. The stress is thus influenced.
2. For long-time nonuse, the pipe form must be thoroughly cleaned up, especially parts like grooves, inner walls and wheels. After washing, the mold must be lubricated and then preserved carefully.
3. The sewage pipe molds must be placed in dry, flat and firm ground, in no more than 3 layers. Wheels of each layer must be separated by padding, to prevent dropping and causing injuries.
