Features
The three-dimensional adjustable hinge is easy to disassemble. It could be adjusted within the range of 4mm from up and down, front and back, left and right. The main materials are cold-rolled steel plates and cold-headed steel plates. The main components are galvanized and painted. The hinges have also passed the SGS tests. Installed on the test door weighing 100KG and after 100,000 times of opening and closing tests, the hinges still work normally without any deformation. Recommended door thickness is 38mm-45mm .We suggest to install 2 pcs of hinges/door for doors weighing less than 50kg.We suggest to install 3 pcs of hinges/door for doors weighing over 50kg.
