Our shower head offers 600,000 times usage due to its installation of KEROX brand valve disc originally imported from Hungary. The valve disc has good resistance to high and low temperatures and wearing as well, which assures durability.

Meanwhile, in order to ensure quality, we use gravity casting or low pressure casting methods for the showerhead manufacture, making the product up to related European and American standards. Our shower head is also environment friendly due to its adoption of H59 copper material which offers copper content between 59% and 62%, zinc content between 36% and 40%, and Pb content less than 1.6%.

In addition, our shower head surface is plated in two layers to assure durability, surface smoothness, uniform glossiness, etc. The first nickel plating layer has thickness between 8μm and 12μm and the second chromium plating has thickness between 0.2μm and 0.3μm. The plating has passed 300 hours neutral salt spray test and 36 hours acid salt spray test which exceeds related national standards, so our shower heads are highly corrosion and wearing resistant.
