    Features
    • The tunnel freezer consists of an inlet, insulation structure, outlet, conveyor belt, transmission system, air distribution system, evaporator, fan, and an electrical control system.
    • Depending on the number of conveyor belts, it is available in configurations such as single plate belt, single mesh belt, double plate belt, and double mesh belt.
    • The double plate belt and double mesh belt tunnel freezers divide the insulated structure into two relatively independent freezing chambers using insulated panels. Each chamber is equipped with its own transmission and air distribution systems. This design significantly reduces the required length of the processing area while meeting customer requirements for production processes and output capacity, making it an efficient solution for industrial freezing needs.

    Insulation Structure
    The insulation structure is constructed using double-sided stainless steel polyurethane panels, assembled for maximum efficiency. It is supported by an integrated rigid base frame, ensuring excellent insulation performance and structural durability.

    Access Door
    The access door features a PVC door frame molded with integrated foam and equipped with an automatic temperature-controlled electric heating device. This design completely eliminates cold air leakage, ensuring optimal insulation and energy efficiency.

    Evaporator
    The evaporator is constructed with an aluminum tube and aluminum fin structure, utilizing a combined water and hot ammonia defrosting method. This design meets food safety and hygiene standards while ensuring efficient refrigeration performance.

    Conveyor Belt
    The conveyor belt features a hardened plate surface that is not only visually appealing but also highly durable. Its strong load-bearing capacity accommodates a wide range of freezing products, making it versatile and reliable for various industrial freezing applications.

    Transmission System
    The transmission system utilizes precision-cast ductile iron drive rollers, offering an optimal balance of rigidity and flexibility. This ensures long-lasting, stable, and reliable operation over extended periods, even under demanding conditions.

    Fan

    Air Distribution System
    The air distribution system uses the air guide groove specially designed with TOYO’s patent technology. This unique design enables the implementation of a "thermal fluctuation" freezing method, ensuring high freezing efficiency and consistent performance.
