Standard It is manufactured according to GB/T 4989 “Compensating wire and cable for thermocouples” standards.
Application Non-class 1E nuclear power plant compensating cable is suitable for linking thermocouples with recording instruments, computers, and data-processing systems in BOP control systems and in nuclear power plants.
Properties 1. Rated voltage: 300/500V.
2. The permitted long-term working temperature of the conductor: 90℃.
3. Flame retardant property: The cable can pass the test according to GB/T 18380(IEC 60332-3).
4. The cable can pass the smoke density test according to GB/T 17651(IEC 61034).
5. Insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested according to GB/T 17650(IEC 60754), with pH no less than 4.3, and conductivity should be less than 10ms/mm.
6. For fire resistant cable, it can pass the test according to GB/T 19216.21(IEC 60331-21).
