Description
When the internal pressure of the XB series laboratory sterilizer and autoclave is more than 0.24MPa, the safety valve will automatically open and discharge steam into the water tank. If the steam temperature of the inner cylinder is greater than 138℃, the power supply automatically cuts off.
Application
The XB series sterilizer and autoclave is a small table top sterilizing machine that is safe, reliable and automatically controlled. It has a rapid sterilization effect on objects resistant to saturated steam, such as surgical, dental and ophthalmic instruments, glassware, medicines, culture medium, fabric dressing, food, and more.
Features of XB series laboratory sterilizer
- The sterilization process is automatically controlled. It needs no supervision, making it convenient to use.
- The maximum sterilization temperature is 134℃, which is suitable for the rapid sterilization rate of 4 to 6 minutes.
- Equipped with a steam inner circulation system, the steam will not discharge to exterior surroundings, keeping the environment clean and dry.
- The sterilizing plate features a hole and cover that can be closed after the sterilization process, in order to prevent air pollution.
- The main body is made of a durable stainless steel.
The XB series laboratory sterilizer and autoclave features automatic protection devices against over-temperature and over-pressure.
- In the event the water is cut off, the heating tube temperature easily exceeds 150℃. The power is automatically cut off and it alarms for indicating water breakage.
- This machine is equipped with an automatic cold air release inside the sterilization chamber, ensuring sterilization.
