The XD-J series laboratory sterilizer and autoclave is a piece of small table top rapid steam sterilizing equipment that is both safe and reliable. Its sterilization temperature ranges from 105 to 134℃, and the timing ranges between 1 to 66 minutes. It is a fully automatic, computer operated piece of equipment.

The XD-J series sterilizer is used for the rapid sterilization on objects of saturated steam resistance, such as those used in health care, pharmaceutical, scientific research and other fields. It is used to sterilize surgical, dental and ophthalmic instruments, glassware, medicines, culture mediums, fabric dressings, food and more.

• Rapid sterilization cycle: the automatically poured 0.6L distilled water allows for up to 6 cycles of continuous sterilization. The sterilization process can be self-set, and requires no supervision, making it convenient to use.
• Precise sterilization temperature and timing range: the sterilization temperature can be set within 105-134℃ and the timing range is 1-60minutes.
• The maximum sterilization temperature is 134℃, which is ideal for use in rapid sterilization periods of 4 to 6 minutes.
• With an inner steam circulation system, it will not release steam to the exterior environment, ensuring the surrounding environment remains clean and dry.
• The sterilization disc has holes and a cover that can be closed after the sterilization process in order to prevent air pollution.
• The sterilizer is made completely of durable stainless steel.

• When the inner pressure is greater than 0.027MPa, it is impossible to open the door, due to the machine self-lock feature.
• If the door is not completely closed, the sterilizer will not start operation.
• If the internal pressure exceeds 0.24MPa, the safety valve will automatically open to discharge the steam into the water tank.
• If the steam temperature of the inner tube is over 138℃, the power is automatically cut off.
• If it is overheated for water breakage, the heating tube has a temperature of over 150℃. The power supply and water are automatically cut off and the sterilizer will sound an alarm.
• If the current is overloaded, the power breaker will automatically turn off the power.
• There is a cold air automatic releasing device inside the sterilization chamber, ensuring the sterilization effect.
• The sterilization chamber door is equipped with protective shell to protect the operator against burning themselves.
