DR-1200 drying system innovatively features flexible air knives, making it suitable for various bottle types and convenient for operation. This air knife drying system is equipped with an insulation door that is effective to prevent splashing of water droplets, while allowing access to air knives. The inlet filter of blower provides clean air to a variety of products since it removes all unwanted foreign substances. Soundproof cotton is provided at the drying section for minimal noise level. All these features contribute in an enhanced work efficiency of the air knife drying system, and create a more comfortable working environment.
- Protective Cover Door: Utilizes transparent acrylic panels for clear observation of the products.
- Air Knives: The position of the air knives can be adjusted front and back, up and down, left and right, and in angle, making it suitable for various bottle types. An installation door is used to isolate and prevent splashing water droplets.
- Electrical Control Box: Switch control and airflow adjustment.
- Water Tray: Gathers wastewater for centralized discharge.
- Blower: Utilizes a circular high-speed blower fan with 5.5kW output, providing a maximum airflow of 10m³/min. Motor protection complies with national standards for overload protection. The control buttons feature user-friendly and simple operation. The blower motor inlet is equipped with a filter to prevent foreign objects from entering, and soundproof cotton is added around the cover to eliminate noise.
