Heating Cable with Transformer
Heating cables with transformers are mainly used for anti-freezing applications in livestock storage facilities.

A. Pre-confectioned heating cable made of
1. Heating cable
- Resistance alloy wires, sizing dependent on desired circuit length, (Resistance 10% / 5%)
- PVC insulation, black with RED strip on heating core side
- Cable is flat without printing mark
- With a length(L) see table 1
2. Power cable with plug
2-pin European standard plug with H05VV-F 2X0.75mm2 cable, cable length is 1.5m.
3. Cold lead
Cable type is H05RN-F 2X1.0mm2, cable length is 0.4m between heating cable and transformer.
4. Heating cable to cold lead connection by means of crimp connection and heat shrink insulation.
Heating cable end seal is made with a crimp connection and heat shrink insulation.
5. Connection includes a heat fuse, to protect the heating cable when overheated.
B. Transformer
Input Voltage: 230Vac, Output safety voltage to avoid human and animals from high voltage dangers when accident happens.
WARNING
The following points must be strictly adhered to.
1. This heating product has a DOT thermostat inside, please pull out plug when it is not necessary to heat.
2. Never plug in when the heating cable is coiled.
3. Never install so that external heat sources might overheat installation.
4. Never alter heating cable in any way. Cable cannot be repaired.
5. The entire heating cable must be in contact with pipe.
6. Do not install the same cable on different pipe.
7. Never allow heating cable to touch, cross or overlap itself at any point.
