This high speed fully automatic bottling line is typically designed for pharmaceutical bottling of solid dose products, especially traditional Chinese medicine pills. This pill bottling line integrates functions of bottle unscrambling, pill counting, capping and labeling, it is suitable for counting and filling pills into large-capacity plastic, glass or metal bottles or containers in various industries such as food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic.
The pill counter machine is equipped with vision inspection system which provides higher counting accuracy than that of photoelectric detection system, the inspection speed is up to 300 bottles per minute (200pills per bottle).
A multi-lane weighing filling machine is optional, which is suitable for bottling of small-diameter pills and granules where gravity dosing is required, the maximum speed can reach 180 bottle per minute (100g per bottle)
